200HR Yoga Teacher Training
It is critical to develop skills, discipline, and structure, to be effective as a professional yoga instructor. We provide essential training and education in specific methods of Yoga practice. This yoga training itself gives all participants a solid foundation in Vinyasa Yoga and understanding the core of what yoga is, by implementing a strong educational and foundational healing art in their lives. Transformation takes place through integrative learning, resulting in a more balanced and harmonious life.
Becoming a great teacher is difficult – it needs your dedication and hard work. We are prepared to dive in with you and help you master the art, technique, and principles of becoming a yoga teacher.

Flow Fundamentals - January 11
FLOW FUNDAMENTALS
Join Margo for a breakdown of the most common elements found in flow- style classes. This workshop is intended for new and experienced yogis alike
who would like to pause the flow pace for a chance to check alignment, breathing, and transitions along the way. It is your opportunity to really delve into Ujayii breathing, “your vinyasa”, and discover which variation of the sun salutation postures is best for you. Leave feeling a little more empowered to let your flow best suit YOU and your next (or first) Vinyasa class.
RYTs attending will also learn how to better serve the variety of abilities they have in their mixed-level Vinyasa classes.

Join Margo for a breakdown of the what, when, why, and how of common inversions offered in yoga classes. Poses will include Downward Dog, Dolphin, Handstand, Forearm Balance, Headstand, and Shoulder Stand - along with lots of variations for every level. This workshop is intended for new and experienced yogis alike who would like to pause the yoga class pace for a chance to check alignment, breathing, and muscle engagement in a variety of “upside-down” poses. Leave feeling a little more empowered to let your flow best suit YOU and your next class. RYTs attending will also learn how to better serve the variety of abilities they have in their mixed-level classes. It is highly recommended that those interested in this workshop attend the
preceding workshop, Yoga for a Stronger Spine, on April 19th first.

Join Margo for an introductory study of the what’s, how’s, and why’s of meditation and mindfulness practices. This workshop is intended for new and experienced yogis and non-yogis alike who would like to pause in this fast pace world from time to time to reset and refocus their mind and energy.
This is your opportunity to participate in some experiential learning with different styles of meditation and mindfulness to find the one (or few) that serves you best.
RYTs attending will also learn teaching methodology for incorporating more /new / different practices into their classes.
