Yoga Teacher
Chelsea Cline
I took my first yoga class in 2011 and for the first time in my life, I felt relief from my mind and anxiety. I’m drawn to meditation and energy healing and I find that yoga facilitates moving stagnant energy out of my body. I teach from deep in my heart where my practice lies. This practice has changed my life in so many ways and I love to share that gift with others.
My training is in vinyasa flow rooted in Ayurvedic study. I learned to work with the seasons and the energy’s within the body as we flow through postures. My classes are focused on meditation and balancing your energy while moving the body.
I’m grateful for all students who share their time with me in my class and look forward to watching you grow on your yoga journey. Namaste.

Yoga Teacher
Libby Stadler
My experience as an instructor started back in 1991 when I became a swimming instructor at the Lakewood YMCA. That led me into becoming an Aerobic instructor, youth basketball coach and 12 plus years of swimming instructor for children of all levels. I spent over 21 years at our Pierce County YMCA facilities, then decided to make a change after my three children grew up. I left the YMCA and came across a hot yoga studio in Puyallup. I started practicing yoga in 2014 which impacted my life in such a positive way that I knew this would be a lifetime commitment for me. During my years of practice I had numerous instructors asking me to become certified.
In October 2019 I decided to take this passion I had for practicing yoga to the next level and become a certified yoga instructor. I teach Hatha, Sculpt and Fusion classes.

Yoga Teacher
Anna Zynych (Ukraine)
My yoga journey started in spring 2017 when I was looking for an activity to feel more comfortable in my body. I was also dealing with depressive thoughts at the time.
I realized that yoga was my true calling — a job I could love doing every single day.Determined to deepen my knowledge, I delved into countless workshops and seminars, eventually becoming a certified yoga instructor and yoga therapist. Yoga taught me to connect with my body, listen to my true self, and be mindful. It has become the tool for improving my life, productivity, and self-discovery, and I strive to share it with others in my classes. Yoga also helped me feel better in a new environment and country. It's a part of me that I carry with pride from my home.
I'm genuinely thrilled to meet you all on the mat. Let's embark on a journey of self-improvement, self-expression, and self-care together.

Yoga Teacher
Czarina Alberto
Bio - Czarina came to yoga in 2015. Suffering from anxiety attacks yet refused to take prescribed anxiety pills, she asked her doctor for an alternative. Her doctor said to try yoga. From the moment she walked in her first class, until this very day, she is a living testimony of how yoga can cure anxiety and panic attacks. She has not had one since her first class. She describes her first class as coming back home. Something that felt familiar and almost like a calling.
Experience - after practicing Iyengar style vinyasa with emphasis on proper alignment for several years at Yoga Works in Los Angeles, her teacher invited her to partake in the teacher training to deepen her practice, and that changed her life. She never thought of teaching yoga as her career as she has already established herself in the fashion industry, but she was open to the idea and acquired her RYT200 in 2019. Shortly after graduating, she received offers to teach at studios, gyms and hosted private wellness events, workshops and retreats all over Los Angeles.

I love sharing the opportunity of spiritual and physical transformation that yoga can provide.
