Omayra Rivera Hoon
Ommy discover yoga in 2005 and found something precious that took her on a journey of her first yoga teacher training, 200hr RYT in Seattle. After a couple of years of teaching, she decided to go on a journey to Rishikesh, India for intensive 500hr teacher training. It did not stop there, the journey took her to more training: Vipassana, traditional Hatha, and Ashtanga with amazing yogi masters from the heart of yoga in India.
She love teaching and inspiring students to blossom into their greatest selves, not only teaching but also learning along the way with them.
"Yoga inspires her to live each moment more mindfully. She is deeply grateful for the loving wisdom her teachers and masters of yoga have shared with her"

Yoga Teacher
Alec Chandler
I completed my teacher training in April 2024. Although I am a relatively new teacher, I have been practicing yoga since 2016 and have been dedicated to deepening my practice since 2020.
At 28 years old, I grew up in Federal Way and have always been passionate about staying active. Outside of the studio, I love riding my bike and have completed the Seattle to Portland bike ride six times. I also enjoy golf and bowling—I'm good at bowling but not so much at golf! During the winter, you'll find me snowboarding, and in the summer, I love camping, hiking, and floating down rivers.
In addition to my yoga journey, I work at King County International Airport collecting revenue and serve as the President of the AGA Seattle Chapter, a professional government financial services organization.
Join me for a balanced and rejuvenating Hatha yoga practice on Wednesday evenings. I am excited to meet you and support you on your yoga journey.

Chelsea Cline
I took my first yoga class in 2011 and for the first time in my life, I felt relief from my mind and anxiety. I’m drawn to meditation and energy healing and I find that yoga facilitates moving stagnant energy out of my body. I teach from deep in my heart where my practice lies. This practice has changed my life in so many ways and I love to share that gift with others.
My training is in vinyasa flow rooted in Ayurvedic study. I learned to work with the seasons and the energy’s within the body as we flow through postures. My classes are focused on meditation and balancing your energy while moving the body.
I’m grateful for all students who share their time with me in my class and look forward to watching you grow on your yoga journey. Namaste.

Libby Stadler
My experience as an instructor started back in 1991 when I became a swimming instructor at the Lakewood YMCA. That led me into becoming an Aerobic instructor, youth basketball coach and 12 plus years of swimming instructor for children of all levels. I spent over 21 years at our Pierce County YMCA facilities, then decided to make a change after my three children grew up. I left the YMCA and came across a hot yoga studio in Puyallup. I started practicing yoga in 2014 which impacted my life in such a positive way that I knew this would be a lifetime commitment for me. During my years of practice I had numerous instructors asking me to become certified.
In October 2019 I decided to take this passion I had for practicing yoga to the next level and become a certified yoga instructor. I teach Hatha, Sculpt and Fusion classes.
