Thank you for your support and playing a significant role in maintaining a safe environment and honoring Yoga Om policies.

CANCELLATIONS

​Thank you for respecting our safety policy and honoring our 4-hour cancellation policy for all classes and appointments. Please note that all cancellations or changes received via email are not valid. All cancellations or changes must be managed via Yoga Om LLC, MINDBODY APP.

​​Early cancellations: Cancellations or changes made before 4 hours of the booking time are considered early cancellations and are eligible for a full credit refund.

Late cancellations: Cancellations or changes made within 4 hours of the booking time are considered late cancellations are not eligible for a credit or refund. They are subject to a $10 late cancellation fee.​

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

Service Sales: All forms of membership and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. Drop ins are non-refundable.

10 classes pass expires in 4 month

25 classes pass expires in 6 month

Expire class passes are not refundable

​CELL PHONES

We promote a phone free space at Yoga Space for your safety and out of respect to all members and teachers. Please leave your phone with your belongings and on silent mode while in class on the rest area.

​ARRIVAL TIME

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for a smooth check-in experience. Due to the door system, or unavailable receptionist, late arrivals will not be accommodated as the door will be closed when class start. Minors under the age of 18 must always be accompanied by an adult. Minors under the age of 13 are not permitted at Yoga Space.

​LATE ARRIVALS AND NO-SHOWS

All no-shows and late arrivals are not eligible for a credit or refund. All no-shows and late arrivals are subjected to a $15 no-show fee.​

NO PERFUME

Out of respect for all clients, please do not wear perfume or fragrances during classes.​

MEMBERSHIP COMMITMENTS

1. First month payment is required for sign up and is NOT refundable or non-transferable.

2. Membership commences on the date of sign up and amount will be charged on that date of month each month unless otherwise noted.

3. All memberships paid monthly are not refundable in part or full after auto-draft has gone through under any circumstances. Memberships paid upfront are not refundable under any circumstances.

4. A credit/debit card must be used for the first month’s payment. Memberships can’t be set up without information.

5. Yoga Om LLC may terminate a membership at any time.

6. A $25 fee will be charged for all insufficient funds, late payments, and returned checks.

7. Yoga Om LLC retains the right to auto-draft member’s dues on the credit card given at the time of sign up should the member’s bank account have insufficient funds and/or charge member for insufficient funds penalties charged to Yoga Om LLC due to member insufficient funds and/or returned checks at the time of bank auto-draft.

8. Members may put membership on hold for up to 2 month after 6 months of continued auto-drafting dues. This option will only be rewarded when requested by e-mail to amazingyogaom@gmail.com. There is a $10.00/month charge for all membership holds to cover administration expenses.

9. All memberships paid monthly will automatically renew month to month. For cancellations, holds, and/or changes to memberships for any reason, members must notify Yoga Om LLC via email at yogaomwelnesstudio@gmail.com at least one month prior to next auto-draft, putting “membership cancellation, membership hold, or membership change” as subject heading of email. No Account will be subject to change without the a month prior request.In turn, Yoga Om will contact or send a confirmation via email after the changes have been made to the account. No membership will be put on hold prior six month contract, only after 6 month a hold or cancelation can be requested. Members agree that Yoga Om could take up to 7 business days to respond. All termination of this policy must be requested by members/students one pay period in advance. Members are subject to pay the last month’s payment upon termination request. Once a member has submitted an email request for any changes to membership, it is the member's responsibility to ensure that Yoga Om has responded back on the same email account to confirm processing the request. Yoga Om is in no way, under any circumstances, responsible for member’s negligence in checking their own bank statements to ensure that membership changes, holds, or cancellations have been processed correctly. In the event of miscommunication, a member is responsible to produce a copy of their request and response from Yoga Om for review. If a member cannot produce a copy of email correspondence with Yoga Om, then Yoga Om is not obligated to, nor will refund under any circumstances, dues debited from the member's account.
