Memberships

1. First month payment is required for sign up and is NOT refundable or non-transferable.

2. Membership commences on the date of sign up and amount will be charged on that date of month each month unless otherwise noted.

3. All memberships paid monthly are not refundable in part or full after auto-draft has gone through under any circumstances. Memberships paid upfront are not refundable under any circumstances.

4. A credit/debit card must be used for the first month’s payment.  Memberships can’t be set up without information.

5. Yoga Om LLC may terminate a membership at any time.

6. A $25 fee will be charged for all insufficient funds, late payments, and returned checks.  

7. Yoga Om LLC retains the right to auto-draft member’s dues on the credit card given at the time of sign up should the member’s bank account have insufficient funds and/or charge member for insufficient funds penalties charged to Yoga Om LLC due to member insufficient funds and/or returned checks at the time of bank auto-draft.

8. All memberships paid monthly will automatically renew month to month. For cancellations, holds, and/or changes to memberships for any reason, members must notify Yoga Om LLC via email at amazingyogaom@gmail.com at least one month prior to next auto-draft, putting “membership cancellation, membership hold, or membership change” as subject heading of email. In turn, Yoga Om will send a confirmation via email after the changes have been made to the account. Members agree that Yoga Om could take up to 7 business days to respond.  All termination of this policy must be requested by members/students one pay period in advance.  Members are subject to pay the last month’s payment upon termination request.  Once a member has submitted an email request for any changes to membership, it is the member's responsibility to ensure that Yoga Om has responded back on the same email account to confirm processing the request. Yoga Om is in no way, under any circumstances, responsible for member’s negligence in checking their own bank statements to ensure that membership changes, holds, or cancellations have been processed correctly. In the event of miscommunication, a member is responsible to produce a copy of their request and response from Yoga Om for review. If a member cannot produce a copy of e-mail correspondence with Yoga Om, then Yoga Om is not obligated to, nor will refund under any circumstances, dues debited from the member's account.

Late Cancellations
If you cancel out of a class within 2 hours of the class start time, you are considered a “Late Cancel.” The late cancellation fee is $10 for all clients regardless of your package or pricing option and will be charged to the credit card on file within 48 hours of the missed class. Classes will not be deducted from drop-ins or your packages. All cancelations of any kind must be completed by the client online. Cancellations will not be accepted via email, phone, or text. If you fail to cancel the class prior to the class start time, you will be considered a “No Show” (see below).

No Shows
To support you in accountability and because our classes frequently have a waitlist, if you are registered for a class and do not show up for the class, you are considered a “No Show.” The No Show fee is $10 for all clients regardless of your package or pricing option and will be charged to the credit card on file within 48 hours of the missed class. Classes will not be deducted from drop-ins or your packages. All cancellations of any kind must be completed by the client online. Cancellations will not be accepted via email, phone, or text.

Class Packages
Expire exactly 6 months after the date of purchase. These packages cannot be shared. Class packages cannot be suspended or refunded if they are not used within expiration terms. These packages give you access to practice at the studio were purchased only. (*All Black Friday 10 Class Packs have a 3-month expiration and all Black Friday 20 Class Packs have a 4 month expiration).

Single Class Drop-In
This option can be purchased in studio or online and will expire within 30 days of purchase. This membership gives you access to practice at the studio were purchased only.

Membership
This membership is offered to all new and current members and expires 30 days from purchase date. This membership option can be purchased online and in the studio. The One Month (Non-Auto Renew) Membership cannot be suspended. There are no refunds on this membership option. This membership gives you access to practice at the studio were purchased only for any classes on the regular schedule; excludes workshops, special events and kids’ yoga classes.

Workshops
If you need to cancel a workshop, 48 hours’ notice is required for a full refund. If you do not provide 48 hours’ notice, or if you do not show for the workshop, no refund will be given.

Gift Card Purchases
All purchases are final and non-transferrable. No refunds available.
