A yoga back bends workshop is designed to guide participants through the practice of backbending poses to enhance flexibility, strength, and openness in the spine. These workshops often include detailed instructions on alignment, techniques to prevent injury, and variations to accommodate different levels of experience. Emphasis is placed on proper breathing and the gradual progression of backbends to help participants safely explore and deepen their practice.

A yoga inversions workshop typically focuses on teaching participants how to safely and effectively practice inverted poses like headstands, handstands, and shoulder stands. Inversions offer various benefits, such as improved balance, strength, and circulation. Workshops often cover proper alignment, techniques, and offer step-by-step progressions to help participants build confidence in incorporating inversions into their yoga practice.

We're excited to offer free community yoga classes, on Wednesdays every other week at 11:30am, catering to all skill levels. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, our classes provide an opportunity to learn new poses, refine your technique, and connect with fellow yoga enthusiasts. Led by experienced instructors, these classes cover various yoga styles, ensuring there's something for everyone. It's a perfect way to experience the physical and mental benefits of yoga.

Yoga Teacher Training

Embark upon a life-enhancing journey of yoga and enhance your way of practicing yoga with our 200HR Yoga Om Teacher Training

The course is a stepping stone to becoming a professional yoga teacher and the training itself gives all participants a solid foundation in traditional yoga.

The primary academic objective for the Yoga Training program is to prepare students to become knowledgeable yoga practitioners. This program is based on the traditional yoga practice from India and is Yoga Alliance Approved and upon completion of all requirements, you are eligible for application to the Yoga Alliance for 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) status. 

Mentoring Program
 
The primary goal of this program is to help you develop the skills and awareness to lead a successful class.  Available to yoga teachers who has completed at least a 200-hour teacher training course. This 3 month apprenticeship program is designed to give you the hands-on experience, skills and individual guidance needed to take your teaching to a whole new level.
